Polygon Homes is set to bring its latest South Surrey condominium project, Halo, to market in early Fall 2024. This will be Polygon's first condo development in South Surrey since completing its Harvard Gardens master-planned community, located at the northwest corner of 152nd Street and 32nd Avenue.

There is an extremely limited supply of new condos in the South Surrey area, making Halo a highly sought after product for not only end-users but long-term investors as well.
