Bucci Developments has submitted a development permit application for its three-tower mixed-use community in Surrey's Fleetwood neighbourhood. The application calls for the development of two 37 & 42-storey mixed-use towers and a 15-storey mid-rise. 1,121 residential units are planned totaling nearly 830,000 square feet of gross floor area.
The applicant has advised that the dwelling units in this project are expected to be constructed phase by phase. Phase 1 is expected to be constructed by 2028/2029; Phase 2 by 2031/2032; and Phase 3 by 2033.
The location of the 5-acre site is 16099, 16111 & 16065 Fraser Highway.
The development permit application states the following:
"to permit the development of two high-rise mixed-use buildings and one mid-rise residential building as part of a multi-phased development and the creation of a lot for Park purposes"
This is the first high-rise application for the Fleetwood Town Centre plan which is currently in the midst of being finalized. The plan will support the extension of the Surrey Langley SkyTrain Line down Fraser Highway and guide growth in Fleetwood over the next 30+ years.
